Backups

Cloud Sync runs automatically once you’re signed in. Use these tools only if you need to force an upload/download during setup or troubleshooting.

Autosave backups are automatic snapshots stored locally in your browser. They help you restore an older version if something gets changed by accident.

• Scheduled snapshots: CalAppt also saves autosaves at 8:00 AM, 4:00 PM, and midnight (when the app is open).
• 14-day midnight retention: The last 14 midnight snapshots are kept so you can roll back by day.
• Version history: Admin shows recent autosaves and lets you restore any snapshot.
• Create snapshot now: Make a fresh autosave before big edits.
• Free up space: If storage fills up, Admin can clear autosave history.
• Keep a file: Export Backup downloads a .json file you can move to another device or store in iCloud/Drive.

Tip: Autosaves are stored on this device. To keep a file copy, use Export backup (.json) or Admin → Download.
